At Pup Thrive, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. Below you’ll find all the details on how we process and ship your purchases.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the carrier’s schedule and your destination.
Typical delivery times after your order ships:

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website.
Delays & Exceptions
While we work hard to ship every order quickly, occasional delays can occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
