ShopPupThrive offers a 90-day money back guarantee from the date of delivery. Customers may request a refund if they are not fully satisfied with their purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility Requirements:

The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

The product must contain no less than 90% of its original volume or weight. Products exceeding 10% use or depletion are not eligible for refund.

Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) must be provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is the result of a fulfillment error or defective product as determined by ShopPupThrive.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, an eligible refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for refund processing after approval. Shipping and handling fees are non‑refundable.
ShopPupThrive reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions of this guarantee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
